@SgtDangerCow @KatTruewalker I will tell you it was super enjoyable to build but I think the sound is more of a fun little gimmick. But I won't know for sure until I get more rosin. The strings are plastic and reviews said they break easily.

@Teanos_hawk But maybe I just didn't rosin up the "bow" enough. The rosin was the only thing in the kit that didn't handle the shipping well and was crushed into smaller chunks, which made it hard to use properly.

@Teanos_hawk Tbh if you're looking for a good sound, I would suggest getting something else. This was super fun to build and beautiful to display, but the actual sound isn't very good. I think the music is just a fun little gimmick. The strings are made of cheap plastic.

@SgtDangerCow @KatTruewalker Unfortunately the rosin in the kit was got a little smashed so I need to buy more before I can really play it. I don't want to break the strings from too much friction.

@BannanaToast If you haven't started yet make sure you wax the sides of every gear really good! And also sand when it says to.
