@AvantiWestCoast We've now spent an hour stranded at Lockerbie with no further information from Avanti about our train or the blocked train ahead of us despite multiple requests from multiple passengers. @AvantiWestCoast have decided to simply stop replying.

So let's try this again, are there taxis booked and how does someone use them?
