A SMALL % of rent will go to that but most goes to pay bills leeches won't pay like WATER/SEWER, ELECTRIC/GAS (some cases), plus property tax & mortgage.

Landlords pay property taxes, mortgages, REPAIRS and keep the property up. The renters call & b*tch when things go wrong & get p*ssed off when it's not fixed AT THIS MOMENT & pay NOTHING extra.
The "leeches" are the renters.
