Full writeup of The CAPTCHAS experiment to help get bots out of NFT drops! To celebrate, we're giving away a rare CAPTCHA - like, follow and retweet to be eligible https://t.co/HetEeybya4
@jacksondame@amphib0ly@ParallelNFT We had some partial solutions with the captchas but we're working on combining that with a yeezy supply style waiting room that randomly pulls people into checkout. Problem with doing something like that without captchas is deterring the bots from spamming the waiting room.
10/ That being said, none of this stops bots and saves them money too. You're going to have to use what we're working on next with @CaptchasNFT to fix that one.
We're also working on something that'll benefit CAPTCHA holders. More info soon ๐ (alpha is in our discord)
In honor of this, we're giving away 5 CAPTCHAs. Drop your address below โ

@valentinmihov@SomerEsat@thesevens_7 You're right they're not hard to find when they're 2-4 bytes, but the implementation is easily changable to to be more bytes per hash. Cost is ~0.5 eth for every additional 2 bytes depending on gas prices. A bigger project should be able to easily pay for sufficiently long hashes
If @thesevens_7#NFT drop was limited to one mint per transaction, how did this holder manage to mint 14 at a time and accumulate over 1000 of them?๐ค

@iloveyousolot@metacaffeine@_deafbeef Code is open source on etherscan and captcha generation code will also be up shortly, at this point will still require some manual work from droppers but anyone can checkout our full writeup for how to do it!
@iloveyousolot@metacaffeine@_deafbeef Captchas are verified in the contract, so it would require someone to see the image of the captcha that's attached to the token URI and submit a solution along with the Mint, so it prevents the bot from minting directly from the contract without also have the captcha solution
