What Elissa Slotkin said could also violate some case law that I'm not aware of, but her threats seem to fall directly under this legal category:

Working for the Trump Administration or intending to work for an administration is an inherently political activity.

If a Senator explicitly tells a university crowd that applying for a job under a specific administration constitutes a forbidden "political activity" and threatens retribution to stop them, that falls under these guidelines.
