@TLRailUK why has the 8.35 from ARL been diverted onto the slow line at Welwyn GC? We are now stuck with trains constantly passing us on the fast line?
@TLRailUK why have you suddenly cancelled all the stops between Finsbury Park and Peterborough on 15.46 service?!?? The following Peterborough train is also cancelled. This is really poor.
@British_Airways disappointed in Prague that having been sent an email asking me to check in online, the website says I have to do it at the airport & I can’t use a kiosk either. No bags to drop so I now have to wait 2hrs for check in to open and I have an airside lounge booked!
@TLRailUK I’m currently waiting at Arlesey for the 8.05 and one of your trains has just passed on the fast line. Why could it not have been routed to stop at Arlesey. I’m going to be at least 2hrs late!!
@bt_uk I’ve just received a letter with a “fantastic offer” to renew my broadband contract with you. Is an increase from £68 per month to £99.99 a month really reasonable!? I’ve just put together the same package as a new customer and it comes in at £67!
@M_Occomore@HammerForLife@TLRailUK But what is under your control are the number of drivers that you employ which clearly isn’t enough. The no. of cancellations due to shortage of train crew is too high. Cancelling a direct service for an entire day because you haven’t got enough drivers is unacceptable.
