Before the 50 overs world cup it is necessary to bring in someone like a virendra sehwag as the coach.

He is great to identify and groom young talent but for the senior team we need a killing instinct and ruthlessness. May be Nehra as T20 and Shewag as Test and ODI Coach will suit

@BCCI Don't agree that we put up a good show. We won against Pakistan which was a close match all others were minnows. Learn from this. We need to change the coach who refuses to change and a fresh captain. Bring fresh blood into the team. We have many talented youngsters waiting.

Like after the 2007 world cup, I feel, the Indian team needs a total revamp. My choice of 16 players for the next T 20 would be

Shreyas Iyer (Captain), Rituraj, Ishan Kishan, Rohit, Virat , Surya Kumar, Rishabh, Hardik, Jadeja, Bumrah, Shardul, Washington Sundar, Harshal Patel
