crowding him into the cushions, kissing him until Morwen's fingers tightened around his shirt.
When Louis finally pulled back, it was barely an inch. He stayed there still holding Morwen's jaw. “Happy now?”
The buzz of the intercom at 2:17 AM was a sound Louis knew like his own heartbeat. He stumbled to the panel, heart already thudding a heavy, familiar rhythm against his ribs. He didn't need to look at the small, grainy screen. He knew. It was always @Reoigning.
Morwen dropped onto the cushions with a laugh.
Louis followed immediately.
He leaned over him, one knee settling onto the sofa between Morwen's legs as he caught his jaw and kissed him again. There was nothing careful about it. He kept Morwen right where he wanted him,
@Reoigning Fucking brat.
Morwen had been calling him that for years, casually enough that Louis could pretend it meant nothing. But Morwen knew better. He had always known exactly what it did to Louis, how easily it could bypass every rational thought inside his head. “You're drunk."
The worn denim of his jeans did little to dull the heat of Morwen's body against his. He could feel the frantic beat of Morwen's heart against his own chest. He was so warm, so alive.
Morwen—filled Louis's head, a dizzying cocktail.
"Morwen," Louis breathed, his hands hovering uselessly in the air for a second before coming to rest on Morwen's back.
@Capturied Morwen only looked at the older. His lower lip trembled as he set the glass down on the nearest table with an unsteady hand, nearly missing the edge.
He blinked at Louis, slow and unfocused, as though it took him a moment to remember what he was looking at.
