@Starbucks I thought mobile orders were supposed to be quick and efficient? Instead it took me 20 minutes to pick it up in the drive through, and then they gave me a different bagel than I ordered because they were out, but I was still charged for it. Unacceptable.

@united gee thanks for charging me over $100 for a premium economy seat, and then changing planes so my seat no longer reclines. Also, forcing me to check my bag before boarding when there was open space in the overhead bins. I’m so disappointed with your airline.
