For media studies/humanities folks… I know to track the big stuff (talks, pubs, new courses), but what are some of the smaller things I and other ECRs should be tracking? From evals, PD, etc.? @PdcScms

If I could give one piece of unsolicitied advice to new faculty, it would be this:

Keep your CV on your computer desktop and update it EVERY time you give a lecture, submit a paper, take a professional development course...EVERYTHING.

Going back and doing this is painful!
