⚖️ REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TAX AUDIT DUE DATE

The due date for Tax Audit for AY 2026-27 (FY 2025-26) is 30th September 2026.

📌 Extensions have been granted by CBDT in previous years as well, considering the practical difficulties faced by Tax Auditors and taxpayers.

Tax Audit requires proper verification, reconciliation, documentation and professional review. Quality audit cannot be completed effectively under unreasonable time pressure.

🙏 We respectfully request CBDT to extend the Tax Audit due date from 30th September to 31st October 2026.

Give adequate time. Ensure quality audit.
