Had a fantastic time at Burghley House a couple of weeks back looking at Chinese and some Japanese porcelains - some enormously famous and surprising pieces alike - but was so smitten by their (Asian) lacquer and textiles 😍

@adrienbossard Excellent! It would be great if you could share this information with Asia Collections Network - Europe so that we can add it to our database. No collection is too small or irrelevant.
A fantastic opportunity to delve into the rich and varied collections of Asian art at the @V_and_A and the fantastic archives the museum has kept since 19th c. - plus you get to work with amazing colleagues in a stunning building @Gaojin_@schuhmacher - what’s not to like?!
