Today in my breakout room we were talking about kids who under & over participate. As a future teacher, I want to come up with ideas to make sure the students who are afraid to participate find comfort in talking in front of their peers. #EDST3510

I can tell the principal hates yelling at her students but knows that being tough is only what will make her students better. She knows the only way to push them to be better and try their hardest is by putting the pressure on them to be the best they can be. #EDST3510

@stepthemovie I love how the college counselors are so supportive of their students. It definitely makes the process much easier & less stressful considering the students are put in more difficult situations regarding financial aid. #EDST3510

I love the coaches enthusiasm, shes very animated and I believe this is what lets her dancers feel confident in their dancing and pushes them to be the best they can be. @stepthemovie #EDST3510

Today in class we talked about community based organzations & in high school I worked w disabled kids to put on the show “Wizard of Oz.” It give them an opportunity to be in the spotlight which was very heartwarming considering their big smiles at the end of the show. #EDST3510

Professors rarely recognize their students mental health & fail to bring light to self-care. This past week I have been struggling greatly with my mental health from stress. I’m so glad that Dr. Adjapong is able to recognize the break that us students need & deserve. #EDST3510
