Esto es muy alarmante. Las autoridades y tribunales federales de EE.UU. han ordenado a Google identificar a quienes hayan visto ciertos videos o transmisiones en vivo en YouTube. Un modo de catalogar a todos los espectadores de un video particular como sospechosos.
Este caso desvelado en Kentucky, relacionado con la visualización de contenido supuestamente vinculado al lavado de dinero, ilustra cómo se solicita a Google nombres, direcciones, números de teléfono, actividad de cuenta e IP de los usuarios, volcando por completo la presunción de inocencia.

Este exceso en la vigilancia desafía la noción de privacidad y la expectativa de que la información personal sensible esté protegida contra accesos arbitrarios sin causa probable.
