Another successful event from @CardiffMathsPGR, it was a pleasure to help organise it! @DannyGrovesN7's blog post is worth a read: https://t.co/f24K3p3g96.
Well done to all in their 3 min thesis presentations.
Thank you to @DannyGrovesN7 for his work organising a popular and fun event.
Great to see many of the @MathsCU undergrade there too.
Congrats to Mark on his win! Well done to @GeraintPalmer, Raffa and @Scott3142 as well!
There are 52 cards in a pack of cards which means there are 52! = 52 x 51 x 50 x ... x 1 (=8 with 67 zeroes after it) possible combinations. So, if you shuffle a pack, chances are your combination of cards has never been seen before in the history of the universe! #maths
Since the Easter holidays are coming up, our next drop-in session will be on Thursday, 18th April at 10am in room M/2.06, with plenty of tea and coffee ☺️
So happy with my supervisor's feedback (who is brutally honest)! I enjoyed every single part of @PyConNA. Many thanks to @PhoenixCUni@SoftwareSaved@MathsCU and @drvinceknight for making this trip possible! https://t.co/DVsMCkb0pz
