Couple of shots from east Kent yesterday evening. Some fantastic structure, and then a deluge of rainfall - looks like some areas saw in excess of 50mm.
Chased these storms for over 5 hours - not bad for UK standards! ⚡️

Shelf cloud approaching Dungeness in SE Kent on Wednesday evening. Shortly after this photo was taken very gusty outflow winds hit, and a few minutes after that torrential rain began... ⛈️

Large funnel cloud captured in Bristol/Bath UK, shame I wasn't back at home to witness this but a cracking spectacle! Fairly significant lowering, therefore potential it may have been a tornado for a time but no reports yet!
