@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Thanks. I already worked with CR , but the reply was just a canned apology=no help. A 2-day delay forced me to spend my own miles + hotel/meal costs. That’s not a customer-first outcome. I’d appreciate if this could be escalated beyond apologies toward real goodwill.

I enjoy how Alex @ChipotleTweets responds to a complaint tweet with, "We want to fix this as soon as possible," plus a link to a website feedback form. I proceed to fill out the form, complete with lengthy testimonial. And then... crickets.

@AskBarclaysUS Bookit. com charged me $1,983.77 for a trip, & then canceled without refund. I submitted merchant dispute for services not rendered 3 weeks ago. Why can't (at least) a provisional credit be given? Other CC co's are doing this in light of Bookit not refunding.

@ChipotleTweets Angry feedback left at that link. BTW, order was placed on chipotle. com, not DoorDash. Order was confirmed via email. Even after DD driver notified order won't be delivered, chipotle. com website said "Food is on its way!" Lie.

@ChipotleTweets I place an order, says 35 minutes to deliver. After 45 mins I get a call from DoorDash driver that Chipotle's system crashed? No food!? And *I* have to sit on hold to cancel so that DD driver can go on? Really, Chipotle?
