Today was Donna Brothers' final time covering the Kentucky Derby for NBC. Before the race, Cherie DeVaux said "it is an honor that you get to do your last walkover with me."

Brothers told DeVaux, "I'm hoping you become the first female trainer to win the Kentucky Derby."

@newstart_2024 I was on HRT and loved it. I developed breast cancer, had a bilateral mastectomy and now really miss the hormones and I am not allowed to take them anymore because my cancer was estrogen positive.
