Breakout Catchers for 2025

Miguel Amaya (CHC)- 113 wRC+ in 2nd half 2024. He started lifting the ball, GB% dropped 14% from the 1st half to the 2nd half of the season.

Dillon Dingler (DET)- Dingler was great at AAA in 2024 slashing .309/.380/.561/.941. Dingler barrels the ball at an extremely high rate. Strikeouts were an issue in the majors but past data leads me to believe he will bring this down.

Drake Baldwin (ATL)- Posted some of the best batted ball numbers in all of the minor leagues in 2024. He also possesses a strong eye and good discipline. In AAA Baldwin was 100th percentile in xwOBA and Average Exit Velo with an EV90 of 106.4. One of my top prospects entering 2025.
