@Heminator The county I live in has more administrators and consultants than teachers. The more the budget increases, the more administrators they hire. They never use the money to pay teachers

@Riley_Gaines_ This school is in my county. We are one of the more conservative suburbs of Charlotte and this school, in particular, is considered to be "out in the country". No district is truly insulated from this any longer.
