It’s weigh in day for me and this week I really really stuck to my points. I prepped my meals for the week and tracked them and if I didn’t track it I didn’t eat it. I know “ it’s just 5lbs” however ITS 5 LBS! Weight loss is harder in my *late* 30’s #weighinsunday #weightwatchers
