This all started with an overthrow of the government by the Muslims and then retaliation of the Christians #SAVECAR

The United Nations have stated actions of genocide have been done to an extreme. #SAVECAR

The genocide is getting so bad that last month only, France sent 1,000 more troops to add on to the 400 they already had there.

Innocent people have to live in fear for their lives everyday.

Instability in the Central African Republic will for sure have affects on all it's surrounding countries.

The people of the Central African Republic think violence is the only way for the people to get their point across.

A quarter of the Central African Republic's population has been killed or harmed.

More than 1,000 people were killed in January just in Bangui alone, causing the surrounding countries to evacuate more than 30,000 citizens.

Around 5,000 peacekeepers have been deployed to the Central African Republic to help protect its citizens.

The violence is spiraling so far out of control that some fear this could turn into a genocide similar to the one 20 years ago in Rwanda.

There are constant street battles in the city of Bangui going on between the two groups. (Muslim Seleka and the Christians)

This started when the Muslim Seleka group ousted President Francois Bozize. The christians retaliated with mass murders of the muslim group.

In the genocide, there are 2 groups. The Seleka(mostly Muslim), and the Anti-Balaka(mostly Christian). The Seleka are the targeted group.

Muslims from the C.A.R have to flee to neighboring countries, like Chad and Cameroon, for safety.
