15yr old placed in my care after being moved around the country 30 times. 30 times!!! He rocked up unsupervised in a taxi, late at night on his own. DfE ask yourself why these young people fail. Why they end up joining gangs. Why they don't go to school. Big salaries no solutions. Not good enough
