Hi @GoPro @GoProUK. I never use twitter anymore but I have no idea how to reach you. I've emailed, gone through customer service emails, telephone numbers that lead to no where. My brand new gopro hero 8 got dropped on Sand in July and the screen smashed. First time it was used.

Fantastic day at bournehall for #AHPsDay it really was great to meet so many other AHPs and learn all about local achievements. Aren’t we fab! Also loved the fact that we were encouraged to bring our own flasks and cups to help reduce waste. #AHPsDay @epsom_sthelier

@flyethiopian I never use twitter anymore or display these sorts of experiences. But I really feel that people should know about these security rules at Addis Ababa and not just be treated poorly at security. I was really horrified by how scared security attempted to make us.

@flyethiopian please consider your plastic waste and consumption with easily > 1000 plastic cups being used every long haul flight. I was really upset by this awful experience. It's a real shame also that the Ethiopian airway flight staff are either excellent or quite poor.

@flyethiopian we were also banned from taking on empty plastic bottles to save on plastic. There was no explanation for this reason. Can you please explain to me why you cannot take liquids brought from the airport onto the airplane and why we cannot have empty plastic bottles

@flyethiopian Despite getting off a plane from Dar es Salaam and going to Addis Ababa + not leaving the airport/ airside, and asking the shop staff if I could buy a beer and take it home as a present. To which airport staff said yes. To then have this removed without explanation

@flyethiopian it was an extremely horrible experience. If the security guard would have just spoken to me like a human being instead of ignoring me. Then singling us out for trying to explain something. DO NOT BUY ANY ALCOHOL IN ADDIS ABABA airport to take home.

Myself and 2 friends had a very poor experience flying from Addis Ababa to LHR @flyethiopian. Including being ignored by security staff to discuss an issue before going to passport check + then being approached a minute later and being 'RANDOMLY spot checked infront of everyone'

Really...We have been queuing for over half an hour to get out of the car park &haven't even moved, along with queues all day. #thorpepark
