@staffscat @British_Airways I’m experiencing similar poor performance on both the the website and the app. I’ve tried on different devices. Keeps crashing. Can’t book.
Letter just says “update details” doesn’t say which ones. Only a phone number with an hour wait. I went through this torture a few months ago. I raised a complaint. I was told it was all sorted. Now the madness starts again.
Surprised, that with all of us hanging around in virtual waiting rooms these days, no one has thought to use the classic that was “Do You Want Your Old Lobby Washed Down?” as hold music.
Lockdown Low.......watching old episodes of Come Dine With Me and checking to see if “Mike X, a company director from Surrey” or “Carole Y, a marketing manager from Manchester” are actually on LinkedIn.
You know when you get a calendar invite...and the options are Yes/No/Maybe?
And you find yourself singing” I don’t know, can you repeat the question?” All together now 🎶 You’re Not The Boss of Me Now”
@VodafoneUK I’m sad doing business with you. Overcharged (again) due to poor instore advice. 3 x 191 calls and one hour later you offer a derisory refund. In the One Moment Company we teach that time is precious; you should come on one of our programs.
@TLRailUK Luton train. I picked it up at St. Paul’s c. 19.39. I’m not a regular commuter so not sure! There was an announcement saying the train would stop at Kentish Town. I got off at Kings X to double check as the train monitor didn’t show it but platform indicator did!
@TLRailUK dear Thameslink please stop at all the stations you say you will. I’ve just left a load of bewildered commuters who found themselves in West Hampstead instead of Kentish Town. Next train to KTown was 30 minutes. I’m on the bus.
