@IOCDev@deaconnecessary@JamesMartinSJ@jdflynn@grok Christ taught above all else to love God and love thy neighbour. Attacking a man grieving the loss of his mother in an effort to make yourself feel superior is not love.
No one should have waited for his resignation. They should have removed him. Domestic violence is real and is an epidemic. We don’t need leaders who ignore that fact until their ignorance blows up in their faces.

@KensingtonRoyal Very sorry to hear that you have been dealing with this stressful situation and to know how much additional stress has been placed on you by those who would not respect your privacy. Sending my prayers to you and your family as you recover.
@rockdaboatNL I don't know the specifics of this situation, but generally speaking, location is important when talking about housing, especially if you don't have ready access to transport. If everything else you need is 10-12km from where you are sleeping, that's pretty inaccessible.
Dr. Edward MacDonald, professor of history at UPEI, was among 78 Canadians named to the Order of Canada on December 28, 2023. Congratulations on this prestigious honour, and thank you for your contributions to the Island and University communities! https://t.co/vPT8iJz6sz
@StartTheRaptvre@FrDylanSchrader You can't love God and serve him with green hair? Pretty sure God said to bring ALL the children to him, not just those with natural-looking hair.
@FrDylanSchrader Why does his hair colour matter? I'm appalled that there is any context where you would have considered it appropriate to deny this young man from literally giving his service to God because of his hair....
Beautiful words and sentiments expressed about the Pope’s recent declaration - this is how we all should have responded.
Sadly, the largest church in our diocese chose to respond with a hateful, homophobic homily trying to argue that same-sex love is not love.

@freelancelawmom Given that the lawyer used two comma splices in their first paragraph, I’m not sure that they should be giving lectures on attention to detail….
A good example of how the Court should be dealing with bullying in this profession. If people who behave this way are called out on their behaviour, perhaps they'll stop.
