New law, no one is allowed to complain about customer service unless it's actively hostile, we're all going through way too much shit to get bad reviews based on "dismissive" or "pretentious" staff

There are so many reasons someone might not acknowledge when you come into the shop or provide an enthusiastic "you're welcome!" every time you say thanks, but more than likely it's because one of us didn't hear it! Bad acoustics is not the same as bad service
