@VerizonSupport Nope. I chatted last night and spoke to two people today. I get it … SMS messaging is broken in your network and you need time to fix it. Ya need to NOTIFY your customers this is a problem. You’re impacting families and companies. Take responsibility.

@VerizonSupport Nope. I’ve chatted with a trouble ticket and called this morning. The last straw was when your supervisor told me I should just “pick up the phone and call people”. NOTIFY people SMS is BROKEN on your network.

First tweet dropped … if you are using @Verizon, watch your SMS messages (the green ones). They’re not all getting sent or received. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE.

@VerizonBusiness This is UNACCEPTABLE. People have a right to know their messages may not be getting through or received. I discovered it by accident. Warn people and suggest use of a 3rd party to keep people safe and informed.

@HellBentVet At a grocery store self checkout. Lady in front of me left her stuff and was arguing loudly with the customer service desk. I had kids to pickup. Paid for her stuff, rang mine out, and left. Here’s hoping she had a better day when she found it.

@DCNewLiberals This is disingenuous. What about people traveling to anywhere outside the DC Metro area? Woodbridge, Dahlgren, Fredericksburg, Caroline County, Spotsylvania? The Metro doesn’t go that far. Trust me, if it did, my kid would be all over that all day, every day.

@mychal3ts Thank you librarian for noticing the library kids. They notice y'all too. Out to dinner last night, my 10 yo daughter noticed the “librarian who helped me find that book, remember momma?” No baby, but you do and that’s what matters. Let the man eat in peace.

@heymrsbond Depending on the age, “Unspeakable” was eye opening for me. It’s definitely a children’s picture book, but I didn’t know about the Tulsa Race Massacres.
