1. 10% fees is still higher
2. No scheme by @theicai for past dated Udin
3. If financials were ready most of the cos have filed upto announcement of scheme.
4. V3 issues requiring huge time for single form.

It’s human nature to ask extension in due date of CCFS 2026.. but if @MCA21India denies the request of @icsi_cs then it’s really a matter of concern

@icsi_cs is a stakeholder in corporate governance.. it’s voice was needed to be heard.. it is channel of contact between companies and government.

I request @nsitharaman @PMOIndia to look into this matter

I think extension should be given as a last opportunity.. this will certainly help small companies which are looking for funding and proper compliance..

Last time too, representations were made, but unfortunately, it seems ICAI’s representations carry little weight with the concerned authorities.

Perhaps that is why there is hesitation in making another representation- why risk being unheard again?

But I must say, I have greater confidence in the way ICSI representatives have taken up this particular issue with MCA. Their representations have gone to the Ministry and I genuinely hope they result in some relief for professionals.

We don’t need institutional egos here. We need institutional representation.

When professionals are struggling with MCA21 on the last day of CCFS, our institutions should be standing together and speaking with one voice.

This is not ICAI vs ICSI. This is professionals vs a system that isn’t working when it matters most.
