My Mum died last Sunday after over a year of being denied meaningful access to family and friends. I broke the rules to take off ppe and hold her on my arms as she died. We need to do better. We will all grow old. We have failed. @RishiSunak @Helen_Whately @BorisJohnson

We don't accept this for schools, hospitals etc.Private providers "interpreting" guidelines in such a way that their "clients" human rights are just ignored. Who is overseeing the well being of our relatives now?
