@MartinSLewis Link in voucher email goes to website page- scrolled to bottom found section on refunds but no link from it! Went to their FB messenger & answered auto questions last asks if still want refund - have to then send all flight details & info then says ur added to cash refund queue!

@MrGeorgeClarke Party Wall Act thrown at us this wk resulting in stop work, costs, delay stress to a fairly simple extension. Act is outdated, unfair, open 2 abuse. Have followed professional authorities yet naively we find we r responsible. Could this be a topic in ur TV show?
