🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Ohio after a 16-year-old girl who was MISSING FOR 263 DAYS was found hidden inside the home of her 48-year-old FORMER TEACHER...

...who had LIED to police TWICE that she wasn't there... and is now charged with only a MISDEMEANOR and is already OUT ON BOND!!!

Yes, you read that right.

He hid a missing child for nearly 9 months, lied to the cops about it TWICE, and he's NOT in prison.

His name is Jobe Binkley, he's 48 and a former high school science teacher in Springfield, Ohio.

On December 2nd of last year, a 16-year-old girl ran away from Huckleberry House, a youth shelter in Columbus.

Her family searched.
Police searched.
The U.S. Marshals searched... for 263 days.

And the whole time, according to police, she was inside her science teachers home.

Police went to that house TWICE during the search.

Twice, court records say, Binkley told them she wasn't there and refused to let officers in... knowing full well she was a missing child.

Neighbors had heard the rumors for MONTHS. One woman two doors down said she'd seen Facebook posts that the girl might be inside. She kept checking the yard and she never saw her.

On August 21st, officers came back with the Marshals.

This time Binkley admitted it and he called her out of the house himself.

...263 days later

And after the lying, the hiding, and a family's nine months of terror, prosecutors charged him with ONE count of "interference with custody."

A first-degree misdemeanor.

He pleaded not guilty. He posted bond. He went home.

BREAKING: President Trump names Adam Telle acting Secretary of the Army, effective immediately, following Dan Driscoll's departure from the Pentagon.

Telle currently serves as Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works.

"He is a Great Patriot, who is respected by all," Trump said in announcing the move.
