@virginmedia Yes it seems to be the only channel, I have rebooted the box a few times, I cant reboot the box everytime I want to watch channel 165 I'd be doing it a few times a day

@virginmedia @ColinParker81 can you tell me why my service is shocking, the internet is intermittent and the TV, the picture is constantly breaking up, everytime I call I get told to reset my boxes, I cant be doing this everytime one or the other goes off

@virginmedia No so far its syfi hd, film 4 hd, horror channel +1, alibi and crime and investigation, I have reset the box but today it didn't make a difference
