Etsy will charge artists an ADDITIONAL 12-15% on ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THEIR ADS UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER

Combine that with their 8% in fees+$.25 to relist items, you're looking at 20-22%+$.25 nearly eating up all profit on small items.

OOF i know i never remember to update here, but @Etsy is doing a ridiculous new 12% fee on top of their 8% fees for offsite ads we can’t opt out of. 20% fee for a sale is RIDICULOUS! ;O; If you see an Etsy ad somewhere, PLEASE don’t click it! The effect lasts for 30 days.

Things you can do to help Etsy creators right now:

1. Do not click Etsy ads

2. Find out if they have another storefront or Patreon--support them there

3. DO NOT CLICK ETSY ADS

4. Like and retweet their stuff, they'll need the support
