Health is wealth. Everyone that’s been unwell knows this.

So why is opposite happening? Wealth from health.

Not just cleaning.

Pathology, diagnostics, catering, clinical services - all with huge amounts of money being made. Taxpayers money that once was spent on clinical care, that enabled NHS to function efficiently. 3/5

No longer part of ward team, they were disenfranchised and lost sense of pride in keeping wards spotless. Somewhere someone was making a profit off that contract and it wasn’t workers/patients benefiting

Years ago when I first worked as a physio there was no private organisation in health, every penny went on clinical care.

My autistic son tried 2 new cheeses, a different brand of marshmallows, a new pudding I had made and a pack of Cheeselets today.

We also went to Asda where he did not yell at anyone or say anything which could be perceived as mean.
