It's not good news on day 2.
There are clearly not enough water tankers for the whole city and we have not received the lists for zandfontein south and langlaagte depots

have asked several times for tankers in the ward received zero response as of 12:30

The "human right to water" is enshrined in the Constitution, specifically Section 27(1)(b), which states that "everyone has the right to have access to sufficient water"
