No way Halbouni deserved more than doubling his salary… Mark O’Neil or (insert 2nd team CB) could have provided the minimal minutes Halbouni got. Maybe they develop and then you can sell them rather than leaving on a free.

@MikeMartignago Whitecaps refuse to give meaningful minutes to homegrown affordable players from the academy but continue to bring in players like Sabaly for millions who are useless. Not a lot of sympathy when they complain about losing money.
