For reference, this was May 7th leading up to a big 3 day omnium, also probably 15 degrees cooler out. Similar workout, 30 second sprints.

Hey @jfriel I'm in a pickle here. I did some hard training leading up to my big A race this Saturday. After 2 days off, I had a 25sec sprint session marked for today to sharpen the axe...but my HR got lower each time and felt harder than usual. Overtrained? Any way to salvage?
