More gaussian splatting in s&box

They are billboards! That's how most real-time Gaussian Splatting works. The key is *how* they are generated.

Each splat has a covariance matrix that describes its shape from various angles. At runtime, a compute shader projects that 3D covariance into 2D screenspace (given the current camera position/rotation) which gives an oriented 2D ellipse rendered as a billboard :)
