Warner Bros. wrote Christopher Nolan a seven-figure check, as a goodwill gesture, to reimburse the fees he waived for ‘TENET,’ and to lure him back after ‘OPPENHEIMER.’
Although Nolan accepted the check, he has chosen to stay with Universal for his next film starring Matt Damon.
