🚨 OFFICER ACCUSED OF FABRICATING EVIDENCE TO CHARGE AN 18-YEAR-OLD WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER

Daylan Brewer, 18, was arrested at Riverside Park by IMPD Sergeant Robyn Frazier. She claimed he pointed a gun at her and charged him with intimidation and attempted murder.

Four days later, prosecutors dropped every single charge after reviewing her own bodycam. The video proved she lied and it showed he had his hands raised and never pointed a firearm.

He sat in jail for four days over a story her own camera destroyed. Now he’s suing her and the City of Indianapolis. She still hasn’t been charged.

Without that camera, who knows what the outcome of this case would have been.

When an officer’s own bodycam proves the report was false and nothing happens to them, the system is protecting the wrong people.

How many more people are we going to let get locked up over lies that the camera already exposed?

They proved she lied on camera and still did nothing. That’s the real message.

This is happening in Jacksonville, Florida at a 55+ community. A 28-year-old girl was living there with her father who was ill when he passed. He gave the home to his daughter, and she wants to remain living in the community.. well the HOA has decided to enforce the 55 and over law, and is asking for $1000 from 155 members in the community to sue her to get her out of the neighborhood because she’s 28 years old, not 55+. In my opinion, this is despicable. These HOA‘s have way too much power. This sh!t has to stop.
