@fosterbkay At our small school everyone is so busy this is a very real and hard struggle. There are many days I don’t even see another teacher. I think we need to have after school unwind time where we can just visit and have a snack or something.

@fosterbkay Be excited to hear others ideas. Ask them questions and be an active listener. I think it is also important to be willing to share your ideas even if you don’t think they are great, maybe someone can help make them better. We are all here to learn from each other!!
