I’ve had this same issue too, I reached out to support but they could do nothing and then I was recommended to he @ dion_techs on X helped me resolve the issue I suggest you text him

Riot support really is the worst because I had PC problems and got banned off Val for a year because of it (my teammates flagged me for throwing and riot support knew I had crashing issues but didn't remove my ban because they'd removed an afk ban before lmao)

@danoniini Eu também tive esse mesmo problema. Entrei em contacto com o suporte, mas não puderam fazer nada. Assim, recomendaram-me o @dion_techs no fórum X, que me ajudou a resolver o problema. Sugiro que lhe envie uma mensagem.

So I got banned for inting, but did not do that, I just played poorly and I don't believe I should get a penalty for that.
After asking how "manual review" process works I was just told that the ban is gonna stick, idc about that. WTF
