I'm so baffled that the world puts pressure on people in their 20s to figure out what they want to do for the rest of their lives... when in reality, most people in their 50s and 60s haven't "figured it out" yet
One of the most significant dividing lines in humanity is scarcity mentality vs abundance mentality.
It impacts everything, but it's massively overlooked because it's not easily visible or measurable.
@SenWarren Use a wealth tax to give to average American household?
Nothing in your history or in the history of US Congress says that will happen.
Stop lying.
False! He cares a lot about what people think about him. Any 60 year old man who still acts 20 gives a lot to people’s opinions of him.
Saying that, I can’t wait to watch the interview.
Most men in their 20s react.
The few who become leaders others want to follow reflect.
They pause in the middle of chaos, feedback, failure, or success and ask the hard question instead of rushing to defend or deflect.
Pillar 3: Reflective Leader
Real leadership doesn’t start with having all the answers. It starts with the courage to examine yourself honestly.
As C.S. Lewis said: “The first step toward true wisdom is the recognition of one’s own ignorance and weakness.”
The Reflective Leader doesn’t just experience life — he learns from it. He turns mistakes into maturity and feedback into fuel.
Core Question:
What am I learning from this situation about God, myself, and how I need to grow?
The man who is quick to reflect becomes the man others trust and willingly follow.
In your 20s, every situation is training you to lead. Are you reacting… or reflecting?

You are not an orphan trying to earn God’s love. You are a son.
Galatians 3:26-4:7
“So in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith… God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, ‘Abba, Father!’”
C.S. Lewis said it well: “The Son of God became a man to enable men to become sons of God.”
Pillar 1: The Faithful Son
Stop performing.
Start resting in the God’s approval.
Core Question:
Am I living from the security of being God’s beloved son… or am I still performing like an orphan?
