I was broke in 2019. Spent all my money funding my moonshot consumer social apps.
I was living in NYC. Stressed outta my mind.
Now, I run several profitable businesses all powered by community all under a holding company called Late Checkout.
This is my office today. It's nice out so I'm working outside. Probably 83 degrees Farenheight.
And I'm never walking into an office again in my life.
Late Checkout never took venture funding. We never raised a dime from anyone.
We run agencies that work with pretty much every big brand you can think of. We aren't just consultants, but we're their crafters, helping them amplify profits, innovate with new products, and foster community. You can DM me if you ever need help.
I get to see products we create being used by tens of millions of people and incubate our own projects.
When we're not building agencies, we incubate communities and vertical software. Most of our MVPs cost us under $5000 to build and test. If it doesn't work, we crap it. If it's working, we double down.
Biggest lesson?
Profit is beautiful. Community is beautiful. Life is beautiful.
This is the future of entrepeneusrhip.
