Day 8 & 9 - Mr. G has to admit he ran out of time yesterday to get 30 in. So he did 1 hour on the iron horse today. 33km of road. #CAS_Dubai #CAS_Elementary @IVEIschools @DXBFitChallenge

Day 7 - Quick 30 minutes in the pool before rushing home to catch CAS Got Talent. Amazing swim, more amazing show. #CAS_Dubai #CAS_Elementary @IVEIschools #dubaifitnesschallenge

Day 4: Run Forest Run. Mr. G did 30 minutes of running this evening to be active on day 4. @cas_dubai @innoventureseducation @dubaifitnesschallenge @dubai30x30

Day 3: Gotlate with work so had to sneak in a 30 minute HIIT in the garden. High Knees-Jumping Jacks-Jump Lunges-Push-ups-Extended Leg Lifts-Jumping Burpees - 6x40sec with 20 sec rest. #CAS_Dubai #CAS_Elementary @innoventureseducation @dubaifitnesschallenge @dubai30x30
