Who gave the Delhi Police permission to conduct videography inside the IIT Delhi campus? Why were police personnel in civil dress?

Mr. Amit Shah, don’t run the country like a gang of goons. Have some courage. If you are sending police personnel into a campus, ask them to wear their uniforms and follow basic professional ethics.
