Real resilience begins with a deep belief that the future holds value. Optimists are often more resilient because they believe the future is worth building. That belief moves them forward, even when the path is uncertain. And when adversity comes, they endure.

@victorperton@sapinker Very good to see @victorperton and @sapinker laughing and sharing their optimism.
The conversation reflected a shared commitment to evidence, progress, and optimism grounded in reason, at a time when many are seeking confidence in the future.
"Trust can only be rebuilt when citizens and stakeholders feel their voices are genuinely valued and their concerns are acknowledged. Optimism, when embedded into strategy and culture, becomes the catalyst for this," said @RmaMasters

Optimism: The Engine of Innovation
Optimism is the spark of progress. It is the mindset that says better is possible, even before the evidence arrives. It is the belief that what does not yet exist can be brought to life. That is the very challenge we face today, the seed of tomorrow’s breakthrough.
Innovation begins there. With belief. With courage. With optimism.
Optimism is the architecture of innovation. It fuels curiosity, emboldens experimentation, and steadies us through setbacks.

I caught up for a grand conversation last night with the #optimist's optimist, @Mark_J_Henry, at the aptly named "Henry and The Fox". It was a super evening talking about optimism, life, and geography! 🙂
You may recall Mark's excellent book "In Fact: An Optimist’s Guide to Ireland at 100" 🇮🇪
And you may recall he joined Nóirín Mosley GAICD, and me for "An Hour of Irish Optimism with Mark Henry" 🍀 https://t.co/OKgYYJ6Wf1
Thinking back to that Hour of Optimism, Mark told us, "And on the optimism theme, I end the book with a quote that I found in a research study, which was looking at countries around the world in terms of optimism. And the conclusion was the most optimistic people in the world appear to be young, economically secure, educated women in Ireland. They have everything going for them. And I think we've never had more of them than ever before. So, of course, we face challenges as a country, but as we head into our second century, we have never been better placed to tackle them than any previous Irish generation. And we have the potential there and the claim, at least in that study, to be amongst the most optimistic people in terms of our future prospects too." https://t.co/OKgYYJ6Wf1
