American Airlines you yet again screwed up. Change my flight to a whole different day with out telling me as I sat at the airport for five hours. When asked about my ticket I was told don’t worry about I can get on my flight I paid for but nope. Horrible airline @AmericanAir

Customer service just hung up on me and told me that they can do what they want with passengers tickets with out notice @AmericanAir

When asked for a supervisor , was told there are no supervisors. By far the most disrespectful customer service staff @Lowes

Lowe’s has by far the most unprofessional customer service employees.spent a large amount money, inquired about the delivery .they laugh told us to get bent then proceeded to leave us on hold for over an hour while talking in the background using disrespectful language @Lowes

@SouthwestAir your Miami terminal and staff are horrible. Three hours delayed then tell us the we are leaving at a certain time just to make us wait another 30 minutes. Not to mention turn the ac off.
