This is beyond disturbing.

Yesterday in Jenin, occupied West Bank, Israeli settlers dug up the grave of a Palestinian just hours after he was buried, claiming it was “too close” to the illegal settlement of ‘Sanur’.

Israeli soldiers then arrived and forced the family to finish digging up their son’s body and rebury him elsewhere.

His family is seen carrying his body away while settlers and soldiers chase them.

This is beyond outrageous.
Openly, shamelessly, without fear of anyone, he is robbing America right in front of the entire country — robbing all of us.
Kaitlan Collins, host of CNN’s The Source with Kaitlan Collins, described the situation this way:
“Imagine suing the government for $10 billion while also being the person who controls that very government. That’s exactly what is happening right now. Donald Trump, sitting in the White House, has filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the Treasury Department and the IRS — the very Treasury he controls, the very IRS he oversees, the very government he leads.
He is effectively both the plaintiff and the defendant, and he wants taxpayers — you, me, every working family in America — to hand him $10 billion. Just think about that.”
Trump even appeared on television boasting that he had already “won,” essentially bragging that he was negotiating a settlement with himself.
Then his lawyers walked into federal court asking for a 90-day delay — not to fight the lawsuit, but to “reach an agreement.” An agreement between Donald Trump and Donald Trump, paid for with your money.
But then something unexpected happened.
Judge Kathleen Williams looked at this circus and basically said: “Wait a second. You are telling me you are suing yourself and expect me to approve a $10 billion payment from the U.S. Treasury directly into your personal pocket? Absolutely not.”
She rejected the 90-day delay. She demanded separate reports from both sides — despite both sides effectively being controlled by the same person. Then she took the extraordinary step of appointing three of the nation’s most respected law firms as independent advisers to the court.
Why?
Because $10 billion of taxpayer money is at stake.
What is really happening here is terrifying: a sitting president allegedly using the power of his office, and a Justice Department under his influence, to settle a personal lawsuit with himself and funnel public money into his own bank account.
Constitutional law already has a name for this: a collusive lawsuit.
The Supreme Court ruled on this principle more than 200 years ago. If both sides are effectively the same party, the courts have no authority to proceed. The Constitution requires a real conflict, real opposing sides — not a friendly deal between a man and his reflection in the mirror.
And this is not some isolated stunt. Critics argue it is part of a broader strategy: stage a fake legal battle, force a surrender, cash the check, and walk away.
But this time the number is staggering: $10 billion.
Money that could repair roads, fund schools, support veterans, or feed hungry children.
Instead, critics say it is being redirected through one of the most transparent legal scams America has ever witnessed.
And the people supposed to defend the public interest? The Justice Department. Government officials whose job is to protect taxpayers.
They are not fighting. They are not even pretending to fight.
The judge sees it. Top legal scholars see it. The Constitution itself sees it.
The only remaining question is whether the system still has enough courage to say “No.”
Because if a president can sue himself and pay himself with public money, then the word “government” no longer means anything.
It simply means: the person holding the pen writes the check — and everyone else pays the bill.

منذ ظهر أمس، توالت اتصالات الاعتذار على هواتف موظّفي ومتعاقدي إعلام المرّ بجناحيه: تلفزيون MTV وصحيفة "نداء الوطن"، وذلك لإبلاغ عددٍ كبيرٍ منهم بوقف تعاون المؤسّستين معهم، نتيجة أزمة ماليّة عصفت فجأةً بالإدارة.

"المرفأ" علم من مصادر متابعة، أنّ رجل الأعمال عمر حرفوش، والذي يُعدّ أحد أكبر مموّلي إعلام المرّ، قرّر فجأةً التوقّف عن الدعم كما كان طوال الأعوام الأخيرة.

معلومات "المرفأ" تؤكّد أنّ حرفوش عمد، في الأسابيع الأخيرة، إلى التدقيق في الميزانيّة الممنوحة لإدارة المؤسّستين، ليكتشف أنّ لوائح الرواتب المقدّمة له غير دقيقة، كما أنّ عددًا كبيرًا من أسماء الموظّفين هي أسماء وهميّة وغير موجودة، فاتخذ قراره بمعاقبة الإدارة!

من جانبها، فضّلت إدارة MTV و"نداء الوطن" صرف عدد كبير من الموظّفين، ووقف التعاقد مع عدد من الكتّاب، على أن تحاول رأب الصدع مع المموّل، أو البحث عن مموّلين آخرين للحفاظ على مصادر دخل الموظّفين وعدم ضرب مصدر رزق عائلاتهم.

وتكشف معلومات "المرفأ" أيضًا أنّ ميشال غبريال المرّ كان قد اتخذ أساسًا قرار شراء "نداء الوطن" بعدما أمّن له بعض المقرّبين مصدر تمويل إضافيّ عبر عمر حرفوش، لا سيّما أنّ المرّ يملك أصلًا منصة إعلاميّة واسعة التأثير تتمثّل بموقع الـMTV، الذي يضمّ أخبارًا ومقالات سياسيّة، ما يعني أنّه لم يكن بحاجة فعليّة إلى مؤسّسة إعلاميّة إضافيّة تروّج لسياساته.

وبناءً على هذه القاعدة، تشير المصادر إلى أنّ المرّ يدرس قرارًا بإغلاق الصحيفة بشكل كلّي، أو بيعها في حال وجد لها "التصريفـة المناسبة".

"المرفأ" يبدي كلّ التضامن مع كلّ موظّف فقد عمله، داعيًا نقابة الصحافة ووزارتَي الإعلام والعمل إلى دعم هؤلاء الزملاء لتحصيل كامل حقوقهم.

Israel’s accelerated activity in southern Cyprus is drawing mounting concern in Turkey and within Cyprus itself, following reports of an unprecedented surge in Israeli investment on the island. The claims point to the purchase of large portions of entire villages, with warnings that the impact reaches beyond property into demographic and security changes.

According to a report by journalist Eli Leon, citing Turkey’s Milliyet newspaper and an investigation by Cyprus’s Scala Times, Israeli investors have expanded their presence in Cyprus to the point of effectively taking control of entire villages and districts.

The report says substantial parts of Troulloi, an abandoned village in the Limassol district of southern Cyprus, were recently acquired by Israeli investors. The Cypriot outlet also alleged that local residents have been prevented from entering the village church.

The developments have prompted political responses in Cyprus. Former MP George Perdikis has called on authorities to publicly clarify the scale and nature of Israeli investments.

The report adds that a company linked to Israeli interests bought extensive land and homes in the area before demolishing some structures and launching large-scale development. Residents worry this could alter the social and demographic character of the area.

The issue has quickly moved beyond Cyprus into Turkish political and security discourse, amid Ankara’s concern over deepening cooperation between Israel, Greece, and Cyprus.

Milliyet quoted former Turkish ambassador Uluç Özülker as saying the growing partnership between the three countries is effectively aimed at encircling Turkey in the Eastern Mediterranean. While he said it would not alter Turkey’s strategic position in the long run, he called it “an unfortunate step.”

Professor Hüsamettin İnaç of Dumlupınar University said Cyprus is following Greece’s historical trajectory and is gradually becoming a forward base serving Western and Israeli interests in the Middle East.

The report notes that Israel’s footprint in Cyprus now extends past real estate and commerce into advanced security and military cooperation.

Milliyet also reports that Cypriot authorities have granted Israel broad security access, including use of Mari Port and Paphos Air Base by Israeli forces. It further cites increased political coordination, including a recent directive from Cyprus’s Ministry of Interior to local authorities on combating antisemitism after a request from Israeli Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli.

In parallel, Israel’s economic presence has grown sharply. The report estimates around 300 Israel-linked companies are currently operating in southern Cyprus.

With investment, politics, security, and real estate now intersecting, Cyprus appears to be entering a sensitive new phase, while Turkey monitors what it sees as expanding Israeli influence just kilometers off its coast.
